When decking has failed across several rooms, or the original material has degraded throughout an older home, full replacement is the better investment. We take the subfloor down to the frame, address every joist and connection, and rebuild the entire floor platform so the new flooring sits on a genuinely sound base.

Vapor Barrier Installation and Replacement
